Seasons in the Berkshires
Summer
The summer is busy in the Berkshires. Wildlife is out, Tanglewood is in session and the farmers markets are in the towns.
Fall
Fall foliage season is in full effect this time of year. Leaf peepers from all around come to the Berkshires to hike, pick apples and find the best, hottest, freshest apple cider donuts around.
Winter
The mountains of the Berkshires lend themselves well to winter sports like skiing and snowboarding. Those who enjoy hiking in the other seasons can try out snowshoeing instead.
Spring
Although the roads may be muddy, the trees are starting to bud, maple syrup is being made all over the Berkshires and the bears are starting to come out looking for food.
